The administration of the New Oskol district of the Belgorod region completed implementation of GIS

In the New Oskol district of the Belgorod region the geoanalytical center on the basis of the information system "Geoanalytical Center of the Municipal Entity" will be created (Centrprogrammsistem LLC developer).

The geocenter of the New Oskol district will help with solving of tasks on monitoring, the analysis and control of use of municipal lands and lands on which state-owned property is not differentiated of program implementation and projects directed to increase in efficiency of use of the agricultural land, to development of the social and economic sphere in the field of environmental management and the environment of the area, etc.

The created Geocenter will provide accumulation of information on all directions of a management activity of administration of the New Oskol district, first of all, those which create revenues of the municipal budget. Besides, the Geocenter will be used for monitoring of implementation of regional target programs, in particular the program of implementation of a biological system of agriculture. Within its implementation it is required to perform monitoring of sowing of hollows long-term herbs, implementations of crop rotations taking into account biases of fields, landings of forest shelter belts, crops of sideralny cultures, introduction of organic fertilizers. Use of the thematic maps and analytical reports created in the Geocenter will provide conducting regular control of accomplishment of actions of the program.

One more important direction in which the Geocenter will be involved it is carrying out inventory and the analysis of development of district infrastructure to which objects of social security, a fire service, law enforcement agencies, engineering infrastructure, municipal solid waste are carried; industrial enterprises; small business entities; trade; consumer services; public catering; investment projects; temples; rural tourism; the organizations providing the public and municipal services – i.e. on those objects on which work the standard of living of the population of the area depends, finally.

Project Results

On June 23, 2016 the Centrprogrammsistem company announced end the project of development and deployment of a geographic information system "Geoanalytical center of the New Oskol district of the Belgorod region".

On June 15, 2016 training of specialists and heads of structural divisions of administration in work of page is complete geoinformation system "Geoanalytical center of the New Oskol district of the Belgorod region". Training was provided by specialists of the company Centrprogrammsistem - the stage of the four-months project of development of the information system intended for increase in effective management of the territory of the area was so completed.

On the basis of the created geoinformation layers reflecting space arrangement of control objects, the databases containing information on these objects, the built-in tools of geoanalytics the integrated environment of management of municipality in all key directions of its social and economic development forms.

After project completion and training, the "Geoanalytical center of the New Oskol district of the Belgorod region" developed by Centrprogrammsistem LLC by request of Administration of the New Oskol district is put into operation and used in full for ensuring information and analytical support of solving of tasks on management of the New Oskol district.
