GLOBUS-TELECOM completed the project of automation in city administration of Nizhnevartovsk

Globus-Telecom (subsidiary company PJSC Rostelecom) completed at the beginning of 2016 an infrastructure monitoring system implementation project (a HSS "MONASTERY") for city administration of Nizhnevartovsk.

The monitoring system will allow the customer to control a status of information and technology resources of the data processing center (DPC), communication channels and computing services. Control is exercised by means of the uniform control panel available via the web interface.

Using interactive windows (widgets) the user will be able to trace cards of arrangement of the equipment, the scheme of technology platforms, critical system events, statistics of different types of traffic on communication channels, diagrams of change of parameters of services, network devices, channels and applications.

In a monitoring system of infrastructure the module of automation of technology processes of technical support providing different functionality is implemented. For example: order taking for technical support, incident management, work planning on development of hardware-software base of infocommunication infrastructure in DPC, quality management of the provided services, a time recording of employees and resources of technical support.

In general the monitoring system of infrastructure of DPC helps to exercise control of server capacities, networks of transfer and storage of data, network equipment, infrastructure services based on different software products, control systems of parameters of the environment, ventilation and conditioning.
