T-Systems implemented EDMS Docsvision

December 22, 2015. The T-Systems company announced implementation of EDMS Docsvision.

Project Tasks

Implementation of an automated system of approval of contractual documentation based on the Docsvision platform in the Russian division of T-Systems company was complete in January, 2015.

Legal department of the company became the initiator of the project, showing a number of additional requirements to the system of the automated approval. The company integrator upgraded the solution on the Docsvision platform.

For December 22, 2015 the solution is used in the course of preparation of agreements by all employees.

The customer is obliged to consider requirements of the Russian legislation to execution of agreements (currency, tax, on personal data protection and others) in connection with which in the course of approval different divisions of T-Systems company should participate. Parallel processing of documents fully considers specifics of the Russian document flow - in Docsvision the staff of all divisions involved in process of approval of internal agreements and documents for work with external partners works: legal and financial, purchasing departments and sales. In addition to the main unit of work with agreements, during operating time systems are customized reports of indicators of work of employees in EDMS:

• quantity of tasks
• approval terms.

Project Result

According to the statement of the company integrator, nearly 100% of contractual documents of the customer pass through EDMS, at the same time saving of time exceeds 40%.

The company management uses the Docsvision e-mail client for work in EDMS. The solution is used by the staff of the Moscow and St. Petersburg divisions of T-Systems.
