At the time of the appeal to First Form to the companies there was already a high level of IT culture using the modern automation equipment. Based on First Form all problems connected with electronic document management are successfully solved: approval of requests (daily more than 50 addresses), approval of agreements, applications and additional agreements — all documents which require electronic signing. The uniform centralized storage of all contractual documentation with partners, the medical centers, service providers is organized (for example, the Internet, telephony, armoring of hotels, etc.). Work with the entering and outgoing correspondence is automated. Internal document flow of the company — passing and the approval of regulations and SOPOV (standard operational procedures) and also the notification and acquaintance of the staff of organization with them, control of their execution also is transferred to an electronic form.
"The first Form" is integrated with application 1C: requests for payment are created in First Form and transferred to an accounting system. Now works on setup of the return synchronization are conducted: at cash receipt data on payment of the request from 1C will return to First Form for further work with the client.
"The first Form" became a uniform source of up-to-date information. For example, the product price list of the company always is now in current status as all changes are made to the uniform document available to all managers. Besides, in a system storage of the letters received from state structures and containing important information is organized. Any employee can find the data interesting him in the register and by that to avoid the repeated address to state. bodies and to save time.
Accounting and approval of purchases of supplies for the equipment installed in laboratories is also conducted in First Form. On the basis of the saved-up data in a system cost accounting of the rendered services is conducted. Proceeding from regulations of consumption of materials amounts of completed work are controlled.
"The first Form" helps to control quality of work with the client. After completion of service each client can put down a mark to the received service. Bad notes are analyzed, the causes of the incident become clear and corrective actions in work of staff of the company are taken.
Work of technical support (help desk) for the staff of the company is automated. All divisions and also all laboratories and branches of HSCI can leave the addresses and requests.

Development of a system constantly continues: the system administrators of HSCI who completed a training course in The First Form company independently tune up the application and automate business processes.
