PepsiCo implemented a new warehouse management system of finished goods based on Manhattan SCALE

PepsiCo is producer of food and drinks. The warehouse of the company in the city of Kashira provides acceptance of finished goods from the plant on production of snacks under the brands Lay's®, Cheetos®, Hrusteam®. The warehouse management system used earlier became outdated and required replacement. As a result of careful multi-stage supplier analysis of solutions the PepsiCo company stopped the choice on WMS- the solutionManhattan SCALE and CORUS Consulting Group as the partner in his implementation.

Within an implementation project of a warehouse management system adaptation of a system to the existing processes was performed, integration with a pipeline system and ERP is made. The staff of different departments of PepsiCo company and also specialists of KORUS Group entered into project team. Start of a system in operation took place at the end of 2014.
