AMTEL-SERVICE ensures smooth operation and fault tolerance of computer systems of DPC of Interregional information center of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (MITs RPF) in the territory of all subjects of the Russian Federation.
MITs RPF in the system of RPF is responsible for formation and maintaining databases, including information base on mandatory pension insurance which contains data on the pension rights of Russians. According to it the RPF grants and pays pensions and social benefits. MITs RPF also provides protection and safe storage of data of personal accounting, support of a software package of RPF and maintaining the portal of RPF in the system of interdepartmental interaction, performs information exchange between divisions of RPF through the whole country.
AMTEL-SERVICE is responsible for support of a computing part of DPC, including the server hardware, storage systems, systems of uninterrupted power, in the territory of all subjects of the Russian Federation. A key task of the company – ensuring fault tolerance of the supported systems and fast recovery of the failed equipment.
Within project implementation the uniform point of entry and uniform level of service for all objects of MITs RPF, the round-the-clock line of technical support is provided, warehouses ZIPS and substitution fund for fast substitution of the equipment are organized.
"We perform repair, replacement and recovery of spare parts of the serviced equipment on own production base of the service center "AMTEL-SERVICE". It allows us to avoid, in most cases, expensive and dragged-out in time purchase of foreign spare parts and also to recover the equipment in shorter terms", - Zamoshchin Oleg, the director of the Service center "AMTEL-SERVICE" commented.
In the summer of 2016 it became known that Amtel-Service started execution of works within two new government contracts on complex post-warranty service of network equipment of Interregional information center of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (MITs RPF).
According to the first contract Amtel-Service will ensure smooth operation and recovery of active network equipment of local computer networks based on Cisco Systems and Avaya (Nortel Networks). The equipment IP telephony Avaya is a part of the systems supported under the second contract.
Within post warranty service the company provides "hot line" of technical support, fault diagnostics, maintenance and repair of the equipment, updating of the system software and a microcode of the equipment, information and consulting support of specialists of the customer. Recovery work is carried out in the territory of the customer in the place of fault, hardware repair is performed in the service center of the contractor, for the period of repair replacement of the equipment is provided.
