On February 29, 2016 the Technologies of the Future company announced the project of equipment by an e-queue system of clinic No. 3 of the city of Khabarovsk[1].
Project Results
The Technologies of the Future company installed an e-queue system on a technology platform of NEURONIQ.
Installation of the software, setup of the interface and user training is carried out. Use of a hardware and software system in queue management helped to organize process of the appeal of patients to registry, to liquidate queues, to reduce influence of stressful factors, to increase control from administration of service quality, to optimize and accelerate passing of flows of visitors.
System implementation increased comfort level for patients and personnel.
On computers of staff of registry the automated jobs of operators of an electronic queue are unrolled that gave the chance to keep detailed account of work on indicators of intensity of a flow, service rates, etc.
