On February 29, 2016 it became known of an implementation project Technologies of the Future company of an e-queue system in City clinic No. 15 (Khabarovsk)[1].
Project Results
The Technologies of the Future company mounted SUO on the NEURONIQ platform.
Installation of a hardware and software system helped to organize process of the appeal of patients to registry, to liquidate queues, to reduce influence of stressful factors, to increase control from administration of service quality, to optimize and accelerate passing of flows of visitors.
On computers of employees the automated jobs of operators of an electronic queue are unrolled that gave the chance to keep detailed account of work on indicators of intensity of a flow, service rates, etc.
