On February 29, 2016 the AXELOT company announced system implementation of automation of work of a warehouse in The Coordinating Distribution Centre EFKO-Kaskad LLC. The project is executed on the AXELOT Company platform "1C: WMS Logistics. Warehouse Management 4.0"[1].

Project Tasks

The warehouse of the company works 24/7 and is characterized by high turnover of commodity units. During the work of a warehouse it is necessary to consider special customer requirements to the shipped products by residual expiration dates. Key project tasks of automation included increase in speed of a complete set of orders and shipment and also increase in accuracy of an inventory control.

Project works were performed by AXELOT company.

Project Progress

Specialists of AXELOT customized a system, developed the scheme of integration "1C: WMS" and "1C: Trade Management" with a corporate information system of the company.

Integration is executed by means of "AXELOT: ESB Service data bus".

Having completed the main works, provided user training and started a system. Three stationary and 14 mobile jobs are automated.

Project Results

As a result of implementation of "1C: WMS" the warehouse is completely automated and is controlled in real time.


Main results

  • there is no need of manual formation of sheets of a complete set, the dependence on the personnel executing transactions with goods decreased.
  • accuracy of accounting of the actual remaining balance of goods in a warehouse by their statuses increased, automatic control of structures of products accepted from other warehouses is organized.
  • process of an automatic complete set of orders taking into account categories of packagings is adjusted,
  • storage locations in a warehouse are used more effectively now.
  • growth of faultlessness of accounting of the accepted products is observed,
  • location accuracy of goods increased,
  • the complete set of orders is executed quicker.

Due to automation of build process of orders on categories of packaging it was succeeded to optimize considerably work of personnel and to reduce the number of movements of employees on a warehouse in the course of accomplishment of a task.
