Casepro is an accounting system and managements of legal cases.

On February 26, 2016 it became known of start of Casepro service of Право.ру company. At the heart of the project — the offer of ready-made solutions for automation of work of lawyers and legal departments[1].

According to developers, Casepro helps with optimization of work of employees at stages of pre-judicial hearing of cases, judicial office-work and enforcement proceeding.

Lawyers should make the large volume of paper work: sort documents, enter data in a card file, change the status of legal cases. Data transmission even in department is catastrophically inconvenient: lawyers "are thrown" by tables or paper folders, each of which — legal case. Quickly it is simply impossible to make any statistics in such conditions.

Casepro is focused on simplification and acceleration of work, decrease in load of the lawyer and automation of routine transactions. A system helps to run judicial and other business of the company in one interface, to create and trace events on case, to add participants and documentation, to appoint tasks and responsible persons, to control their accomplishment and also to keep the built-in knowledge base for preparation of the legal conclusions. According to developers, use of service increases transparency of processes of judicial work and activity of staff of legal department.

Main opportunities of Casepro

  • drawing up procedural and other documents in standard forms,
  • automatic setting and control of accomplishment of tasks within work with affairs,
  • accounting of work on each case,
  • management of calendars.

A system is capable to adapt to parts of business processes of the company. Casepro gives an opportunity without participation of developers to create a configuration of structure of fields and blocks for any type of affairs. Afterwards users select ready templates, whether it be the case of bankruptcy or, for example, a template of enforcement proceeding.

The Casepro service represents the maximum level of automation, developers, by means of integration with other services stated: to fill a card of an arbitration case with up-to-date information, with numbers and start dates of productions, the participant list, copies of judicial acts, etc., it is enough to enter the file number into a special field.

The card in Casepro is synchronized with a card file of arbitration cases and literally in a minute will be filled with all known ring road data. At the same time information on this case will be automatically updated. The user will be notified on all changes in case immediately. It the transparency of processes of judicial work and activity of staff of legal department increases.
