As the MTUCI college optimized the system of accounting

On February 26, 2016 The First BIT company reported completion of works on arrangement of analytical cuts on accounts and the accurate analysis of the current accounting on accounting in Moscow Technical University of Informatics and Communications^[1].

Project Tasks

In 2015 before one of MTUCI branches, college of telecommunications, there was a need to put in order analytical cuts on accounts and the analysis of the operating accounting on accounting.

Work progress

Solving assigned tasks specialists First BIT, office "Moscow, M Semyonovskaya":

• works of users in a system performed optimization (additional user training to work with the program as it is correct to enter documents how to check data with the help of reports what analytics to select, etc.);
• carried out setup of analytical cuts similar to MTUCI;
• started and organized accounting on the authorization block (obligations, schedules) and provided user training on this block;
• put in order of account 205.31 on which settlings with students are conducted (developed processings for creation of operation on closing of analytics on account 205.31 - created operations on closing of analytics on account 201.11, 201.34, 109.81, 205.81 (or consultations of users on creation of such transaction);
• configured unloadings of requests for a cash expense for the personal account used at transfer of a grant to students;
• held consultations on accounting which optimized accounting of settlings with students.

Project Results

For February 26, 2016 all problems of accounting are solved. The 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 software product is installed, optimization of the program is performed.
