Telfin completed implementation of electronic document management from SKB Kontur

On December 16, 2016 the Telecom provider "Telfin" announced completion of implementation of electronic document management from SKB Kontur.

Using e-document flow the telecom provider optimized service for subscribers.

Settlement documents are unloaded in a type "transit by XML" — files which the connector can accept and convert in the format, necessary for e-document flow. Then documents get to a box of "Diadoc" where they subscribe and go to addressees. All this is automatic.

"Settlement documents of Telfin company form in a billing system, tax and accounting is kept in 1C. To automate document flow, it was necessary to integrate 'Diadoc' from each of these systems. The company used two of our solutions: the connector which provided integration with billing, and the standard module for 1C". On February 29, 2016 the telecom provider Telfin announced transition to electronic document management with partners and clients by means of the EDMS Diadoc of SKB Kontur company.

Project Tasks

Implementation of electronic document management is caused by need to simplify work with the large volume of incoming documents which becomes completely automated, and saving of time of clients.

According to provider, transition to electronic document management will allow partners to receive instantly documents, without waiting for delivery by mail for a long time. Besides, clients can execute search, loading, reconciliation, a rejection of documents round the clock online.

The document the Diadoc sent by means of e-document flow is certified by the qualified electronic signature (QES) and has legal force of the signed document on paper carrier. Such document is accepted by FTS as the original.

Project Results

For February 29, 2016 by means of e-document flow the Diadoc can be received from Telfin of the invoice, acts of the performed works, reports of the agent, acts of reconciliations and other documents.

Receiving and processing of the document for clients of Telfin are free.

We aim to make interaction of clients with us modern and comfortable in everything. Including, in such volume and often a routine part of work as document flow. Today a part of Telfin base is already transferred to e-document flow, and we note positive reaction from clients to this reform. It allows us to predict that by May of this year 20% of our subscribers will use possibilities of electronic document management. Alexander Krasnikov, technical director of Telfin
