JSC Agency of Special Supply got to work for B2B-Center

JSC Agency of Special Supply which will organize and carries out procurement procedures for the largest energy companies of the West Siberian region, got to work for B2B-Center since October, 2015.

Since the beginning of work on the platform the company announced over 800 purchases for the total amount of 1.5 billion rubles. Thanks to decrease in the starting price of contracts when holding procedures of JSC ASS saved over 100 million rubles. Average economic effect of purchases which the company carried out on B2B-Center in 2016 was 19.6%.

JSC ASS will organize and carries out competitive procedures on electronic marketplaces for the largest energy companies of the West Siberian region: JSC SIBECO, PJSC NPO ELSIB, JSC RES, JSC Biyskenergo and others. Purchasing activity of most of them is regulated by Law No. 223-FZ.

JSC ASS developed for the effective organization of purchases and implemented the patented automated electronic document management system which minimizes labor costs of the customer and gives ability to integrate with his systems. Ranging of requests takes place in the automatic mode that completely excludes a human factor when choosing suppliers. After holding a procedure the customer receives the final protocol, statistics and analytics on the carried-out purchases.
