Jet Infosystems supports jobs of users in the Cherkizovo Group

The Cherkizovo group gave in the spring of 2016 to outsourcing of Jet Infosystems company support of jobs of users on 8 platforms: in St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Pravdinsk, Yekaterinburg, Ulyanovsk and other cities. On places service of the office equipment, telephony, VKS and also server and switching premises is performed. About 800 requests are monthly fulfilled: the response time on requests – less than 15 minutes, the solution of critical incidents does not exceed 4 hours.

The project started with audit and inventory on each of platforms. Together with the Cherkizovo Group levels of criticality of systems and the equipment were determined, potential risks and bottlenecks in infrastructure of jobs are revealed.

On all platforms uniform SLA affect service. Prioritization of requests depends on requirements of each of the enterprises and influence of an incident on business. On productions support is performed round the clock or in the mode of the expanded working day with compulsory attendance of a duty shift on the platform. Service of the logistic centers (trading houses) is carried out to working time, and in case of emergency situations – during a night shift. Besides, the Jet Infosystems company participates in planning of changes and upgrades in IT infrastructure.

The companies study the plan of transfer to outsourcing of platforms in the Oryol and Penza regions.
