"The Novosibirsk regional oncological clinic" set an antivirus from Kaspersky Lab

On January 15, 2016 the Asterit company announced project completion on system implementation of information system protection in the Novosibirsk regional oncological clinic.

Project Tasks

In the conditions of rapid growth of threats of information security, high degree of dependence of the hi-tech equipment on stability of information systems of medical organization, the decision on gain of security of IT infrastructure and risk minimization of theft or loss of information was made.

Before IT department there was a task to pick up the software product which could not only resist qualitatively external, but also minimize risks of internal threats. Existence of centralized operation by security policies and a possibility of their operational adjustment was the compulsory provision.

In the beginning specialists of GBUZ NSO NOKOD studied characteristics of several products of the Russian and foreign producers. Comparison of necessary functionality, the ratings of reliability and fault tolerance led into the lead the solution of Kaspersky Lab Kaspersky Endpoint Security.

Project Progress

Consultations and delivery of the selected product the Asterit company carried out. IT specialists of "The Novosibirsk regional oncological clinic" unrolled protection at 70 workstations of organization. The technical support service of "Asterit" provided the help in questions of setup of a system and its updating.

Result of works
