The product "1C: Accounting of the KORP insurance company" is intended for automation of accounting of insurance companies and gives an accounting opportunity on the Unified plan of accounts according to the Provision N486-P of the Bank of Russia of 9/2/2015. "About the Chart of accounts of accounting in non-credit financial institutions and an order of its application".

The "Accounting of the KORP Insurance Company" configuration is developed based on the "Accounting of Non-credit Financial Institution CORP Edition 3.0" configuration and the KORP Insurance Company 8 configuration on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and also long-term experience of automation of insurance companies.
The configuration is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version not lower than 8.3.10.2650 for its work.
The software product is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has protection against unauthorized use. At the same time the principle of the maximum openness of the code for a possibility of adaptation of a product under needs of end users is implemented.

Accounting of the KORP insurance company" it is intended for automation of accounting of insurance companies and gives an accounting opportunity on the Unified plan of accounts according to the Project of Provision of the Bank of Russia "About the Chart of accounts of accounting in non-credit financial institutions and an order of its application" the following sections:
- accounting of an insurance activity;
- fixed assets;
- intangible assets;
- stocks;
- means and objects of the labor which purpose is not defined, received under agreements of a compensation, pledge, in connection with failure of the insurer (beneficiary) from the property right to insured property;

The configuration is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version not lower than 8.3.6.2076 for its work.

In March, 2016 Certificate "Compatibly! The system of programs 1C: Enterprise" the software product "received 1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of insurance company ; CORP", developed by Axioma-Soft Development center and provided on certification as the configuration developed in the environment of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 in the mode of managed application.
The product is going to be released together with 1C Company. The beginning of sales of a product it will be announced in the information letter on the website of 1C Company and on electronic communication channels.
1C: Accounting of the KORP insurance company 8
In April, 2016 1C Company and Axioma-Soft Development center announced release of the software product on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform - "1C: Accounting of the KORP insurance company 8", the accounting and tax accounting of insurance companies intended for automation according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation and provisions of the Bank of Russia, including preparation of the regulated reporting:
- the industry standard of accounting in the insurance companies and societies of mutual insurance located in the territory of the Russian Federation;
- in the organizations applying the chart of accounts of accounting corresponding to the Project of Provision of the Bank of Russia "About the chart of accounts of accounting in non-credit financial institutions and an order of its application" and also Drafts of industry standards of accounting of the Bank of Russia;
- in the organizations applying the chart of accounts of accounting corresponding to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation "About the Approval of the Chart of Accounts of Accounting of Financial and Economic Organization Activity and the Instruction for Its Application" of 10/31/2000 N94n;
The product is developed based on the "1C: Accounting of non-credit financial institution CORP" configuration (TsR "IT Capital"), a configuration "by 1C: The KORP insurance company" (TsR "Axioma-Soft") and also experience of automation more than 60 insurance companies, among which: SAO "Geopolis", JSC Liberti Strakhovaniye, MAKS-M Ltd, JSC SK CHUVASHIYA-MED, SK Uspekh Ltd, SAO "Leksgarant", SK Svyaznoy strakhovaniye LLC. The exclusive rights to a product belong to 1C Company.
MAIN FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SOLUTION "1C:ENTERPRISE 8. ACCOUNTING OF INSURANCE COMPANY OF BUILDING"
Accounting "from the document" and standard transactions;
The main method of reflection of economic transactions in accounting is input of the documents of the program corresponding to primary accounting documents. Besides, direct input of separate postings is allowed.
Accounting of several organizations;
Using the program "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of the KORP insurance company" it is possible to keep accounting and tax accounting of activity of several organizations including the organizations using the chart of accounts corresponding to order 94n of 10/31/2000.
Accounting on the chart of accounts of insurance company;
Synthetic and analytical accounting in the program "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of the KORP insurance company" is conducted using a unified plan of accounts using analytical cuts. The chart of accounts two-level and strictly regulated.
Fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;

Stock accounting;
Stock accounting is kept according to the Project of provision of the Bank of Russia "About an order of accounting of fixed assets, intangible assets, investment property, non-current assets, held for sale, stocks, means of labor and objects of the labor which purpose is not defined, received under agreements of a compensation, pledge, in connection with failure of the insurer (beneficiary) from the property right to insured property, in non-credit financial institutions".
Inventory control;
On warehouses quantitative or quantitative and amount-based account is kept. In the first case a remaining balance on warehouses only in quantitative expression is available, and assessment of goods and materials for the purposes of accounting and tax accounting does not depend on from what warehouse they are received. At quantitative and amount-based accounting assessment of goods and materials for the purposes of accounting and tax accounting for each warehouse is calculated separately. Inventory accounting can be turned off if in it there is no need.
Stand-alone accounting of material values;
Inventory cost is recognized as a part of expenses by their transfer by the responsible person of non-credit financial institution for execution of works, rendering services or on the basis of properly the issued report of the responsible person on their use. Analytical accounting of material values in operation is kept according to the nomenclature by divisions and responsible persons.
Cash accounting;
Accounting of the movement of cash and non-cash is implemented. Input and printing of payment orders, credit and debit cash orders is supported.
Accounting of settlement with partners;
Analytical accounting of settlings with partners is kept on partners, agreements and documents of calculations. Accounting using pair settlement accounts is implemented. On each partner (to the agreement with the partner) accounts of receivables and payables are opened.
Accounting of settlement with advance holders;
In the program accounting of settlement with advance holders using pair settlement accounts is automated. Analytical accounting is kept on each worker receiving money on receipt and also on purpose of imprests.
Accounting of income and expenses;
Accounting of income and expenses is performed according to the regulation of the Bank of Russia about an order of determination of income, expenses and the other total revenues of non-credit financial institutions. Accounting of income and expenses is conducted by the accruing result since the beginning of year.
Accounting of the advance payments received and paid;
In the "Accounting of the KORP Insurance Company" configuration the main operations on accounting of the amounts which are once received, but subject to reference on expenses (income) in the next reporting periods are automated. Analytical accounting on accounts on accounting of the received or paid advance payments (prepayments) is conducted under each agreement.
Accounting of events after a reporting date;
The transactions connected with the events after a reporting date ("EARD") are reflected in accounting and the reporting according to the regulation of the Bank of Russia on an order of drawing up the annual report by non-credit financial institutions.
Accounting of the VAT;
Accounting of the VAT is implemented according to regulations of Chapter 21 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Filling of the purchase ledger and sales ledger, drawing of adjustment and corrective invoices is automated. For the purposes of accounting of the VAT separate account of transactions, subject to VAT and non-taxable is kept according to Article 149 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. VAT amounts on expenses which cannot be unambiguously carried to activity leviable or free from VAT, according to Article 170 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation can be distributed on implementation transactions, the subject to VAT and exempted from payment VAT.
Control of account balances;

Also formation of a debit balance according to the passive account or credit according to the active account is not allowed.
