In MFC of Chukotka the Smart Center system from Academpark is implemented

The IT system developed by the resident of Academpark the East company AT Consulting is put in the spring of 2016 into operation in the centers "My Documents" of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. The IT solution applied in 12 regions of the Russian Federation allowed to increase comfort of receiving state services now and for residents of Far North of our country.

Smart Center developers considered geographical and infrastructure conditions of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. So, for example, a cloud system can work in the conditions of the weak communication channels inherent to the remote areas. Special offline module allows to create statements even at total absence of connection and to send them right after its emergence. For Electronic Data Interchange the software package has enough line with capacity of 128 kbps.

Smart Center is integrated with all state InformSystems of the Electronic government: Uniform portal of state services (EPGU), Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system), System of Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction (SIEI), monitoring system of quality of state services (IAS of MKGU). It opens a number of new opportunities. In particular, integration about SIEI allows to report documents of applicants from MFC to authorities via secure channels of communication in electronic form. Thereby need for the express transfer very expensive in the conditions of Far North disappears.

The implemented data exchange with a monitoring system of quality of state services (IAS of MKGU) allows inhabitants of Chukotka to estimate quality of the state services provided to them. Assessment occurs by means of SMS requests which arrive on phones of applicants after visit of MFC. Thanks to it the leaders of the multifunction center can quickly trace the level of satisfaction of citizens with quality of state services which according to the current legislation should be not less than 90% by 2018.

The Smart Center system considerably accelerates the procedure of reception of citizens.
"In the single database of a system data of each applicant remain. At the subsequent appeals to MFC they are automatically substituted in newly created statements. As a result operators of MFC should not spend time for repeated information input", – Anna Kopylova, the director of GKU CHAO "The multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services for Chukotka Autonomous Okrug" tells.
