On February 9, 2016 the CMD-Soft company announced creation of SHATL by request of DeltaCredit bank.
Project Results
The SHATL system helps to automate interaction DeltaCredit with partner banks on work with potential clients.
Product:
- stores data on potential clients,
- helps to plan meetings or calls,
- transfers documents on the consent of the client to processing of his personal data.
At introduction of data on the potential client a system automatically appoints the personal mortgage consultant who will help the client to conclude the bargain with bank.
SHATL provides reporting for users of a system, in particular, on the status of credit requests.
