On January 15, 2016 the LETA Engineering company announced implementation of an electronic management system for queue in the state dental clinic No. 48 of the city of Moscow.
Project Results
As a result the medical institution received the customized solution ESUO on 5 windows of registry. Thanks to implementation visitors can select services from dental or orthopedic department and receive the coupon in the corresponding window, avoiding queues and the conflicts.
The automation system of queue works on separate touch control panels without implementation of additional programs in personal computers of registry of patients that was required for this project. The task was successfully solved by LETA Engineering company.
