At the beginning of 2016 the AT Consulting company created in Kazakhstan the first bank without physical departments. The digital bank Altyn-i is completely focused on remote customer service. AT Consulting designed for it the website, a personal account and mobile applications and also the internal servicing systems.
AT Consulting implemented a full stroke of works on creation and implementation of digital bank. The project began in August, 2015. The customer acted as JSC Altyn Bank, entering in top-20 the Kazakhstan banks according to banker.kz. For half a year AT Consulting developed mobile and web banking and also internal systems for work with clients and ensuring other business processes, including reportings under digital bank. In February Altyn-i entered the market of retail banking services of Kazakhstan.
The main IT feature of the project is creation of the complete solution based on products from several large vendors. The altyn-i.kz portal and mobile applications iOS Android are also developed for platforms on the platform Backbase CXP, CRM system from Oracle is used for customer relationship management. For integration processes, business process managements and ensuring specific bank functions are involved different products from IBM, SAS and other suppliers.
Much attention taking into account remote service is paid to security of transactions and safety of client data. AT Consulting implemented such functions as video identification of the client at registration, OTP (one-time password) and the EDS (electronic signature) for confirmation of transactions. Regarding authentication and security solutions of Oracle and SAS were also used.
Altyn-i offers a broad set of products which is comparable to a food basket of traditional bank. Among them consumer loans, mortgage, credit and debit cards, deposits, etc. The main advantages are availability of services and flexible management by means. Clients far off make all transactions, and mobile bankers can deliver the credit card to any convenient location. Such innovation functions as money transfer are available to the friend in Facebook.
