Beltel continued to build infrastructure of Accor hotels in Krasnoyarsk

The Beltel system integrator constructed at the end of 2015 infrastructure of two hotels of the international network AccorHotels which recently opened in Krasnoyarsk – "Novotel Krasnoyarsk the Center" and "Ibis Krasnoyarsk the Center".

"Novotel Krasnoyarsk the Center" contains 110 numbers. Also to services of guests the multifunction conference zone consisting of 7 halls, the Russia's first GourmetBar restaurant, the round-the-clock bar, the fitness center, a web corner of iMac and the velnes-center with a sauna, hammam and restrooms. "Ibis Krasnoyarsk the Center" consists of 116 numbers, ibis Kitchen restaurant, the round-the-clock bar and a business corner.

The task of construction of infrastructure of all hotel complex, including telephony, a LAN, Wi-Fi, a video surveillance system and multimedia equipment of conference rooms was set for Beltel company. Compliance to standards of the international hotel operator Accor was the main requirement.

As a result of project implementation all assigned tasks were carried out. Safety of guests is ensured by 106 room and 19 external video cameras from which image is transferred to the round-the-clock supervisory console.

For providing guests and personnel of hotels with telephone services the automatic telephone exchange with hotel functionality is used. When settling guests the phone number and a box of voice mail is automatically activated. At the disposal of lodgers also function of the alarm clock which to configure independently simply using hints on their mother tongue. The personnel of hotels also use the DECT phones. Infrastructure management of telephony of both hotels is exercised using a single system of management.

Hotels "Novotel Krasnoyarsk the Center" and "Ibis Krasnoyarsk the Center" have the general infrastructure of a telephone network and a video surveillance system that allowed to optimize costs for its creation and the subsequent operation. Specialists of Beltel also execute construction of a data network and Wi-Fi. The selected solution completely conforms to requirements of Accor.

For holding different actions of Novotel Krasnoyarsk the Center offers seven halls of the different area. If necessary three of them are transformed to the uniform hall of 249 square meters. The Beltel company executes equipment of halls by modern multimedia solutions: systems of audio, switching and management and also projection equipment. Distinctive feature of all halls is the intuitive and simple management system in use using which interactive control interface the comfort and security is reached. The transformed halls have own management systems, action of each of which extends to all hall in case of its consolidation. Also for this purpose iPad as a mobile system of management can be used.
