The personal account for insurance companies is operated in DeltaCredit bank

In April, 2015 in DeltaCredit bank within the "Uniform Agreement Base of Insurance" project the system of information exchange with insurance companies working by the principle of a personal account was implemented. A system is developed by CMD-Soft company with the assistance of employees of the bank from department of work with insurance companies and department of banking technologies.

Working in a personal account, the staff of insurance companies informs bank on a status of the insurance contracts signed with borrowers of bank: enter a planned award, fix the fact of payment by the client of insurance premiums, notify bank on termination with the client of the agreement for failure to pay and also transfer any unformalized information.

"The solution 'personal account of insurance company' meets all modern requirements for opportunities, convenience and security. Today it is successfully implemented and allows to automate almost completely interaction of bank with insurance companies", – Pavel Dubrovsky, the head of support department and development of the software of DeltaCredit bank says.

Employees of the bank note substantial increase of speed and convenience of work with registers of payments and prolongation of insurance contracts. Within process of service of the issued credits insurance companies calculate every month planned awards of clients, and then provide this information in bank, including data on effected payments of insurance premiums. To system implementation information in bank was provided in the form of Excel files. The implementing solution 'Personal Account of Insurance Company' within the "Uniform Agreement Base of Insurance" system allowed to increase efficiency of work of specialists of bank, quality and level of information exchange with partners.

The "Uniform Agreement Base of Insurance" project is intended for maintenance of up-to-date information about accomplishment by borrowers of obligations for insurance at service of the mortgage loans issued by bank. Updating of information can is made in the manual mode using a personal account by employees of an insurance campaign and also in automatic - due to integration of "the Uniform Agreement base of Insurance" of bank with an information system of an insurance campaign.
