Trend Telecom keeps a time recording of employees using BioLink BioTime

The BioLink Solutions company announced in March, 2016 implementation of a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime in the Trend Telecom group working at the market of cellular retail. BioTime more than one thousand employees keep a time recording; for registration of time of arrival for work and leaving from it 200 biometric terminals of a time recording and access control of BioLink FingerPass of EH are used.

Trend Telecom offers a range of services — from payment acceptance, payment of the credits, acquisition/exchange of SIM cards of different operators before acquisition of mobile devices and accessories to them and their setup; work is conducted both with physical, and with legal entities. The biometric BioTime system plays an important role in implementation of the principles of corporate activity of network among which — the due level of service, emphasized in the company.

In process of development of retail network the importance of a time recording increased. At the initial stage when the number of salons was small, the time recording could be kept "in the old manner". But with expansion of network the tool which would allow effectively was required and in large corporate scales to control activity of employees, noted in Trend Telecom.

The BioTime system became this tool also: according to developers, it has no restrictions on number of employees whose working time is considered, and supports territorial structure of the company with considerable number of offices, branches, shops.

On a response of the customer, after implementation of a biometric time recording the number of delay and early goings from a workplace was reduced, activity of employees moved to new level of responsibility and discipline. For work and leaving from it employees note the arrival, concerning the optical fingerprint scanner as a part of the EH FingerPass terminal; the image of a print will be transformed to digital model from which it is impossible to recover initial "picture".

The biometric identifier cannot be forgotten, to lose or transfer to other person that he noted arrival for work or leaving from it for himself and someone else. It is important also at control of physical access to buildings and premises: in Trend Telecom Group biometric terminals protect access to warehouse of shops, noted in BioLink.

Monitoring of deviations from working schedules — one more major function of the BioTime system which was especially estimated by the customer. Cellular retail differs from measured office life radically, and quite often employees should be delayed for accomplishment of urgent tasks. Thanks to implementation of a biometric time recording there was an opportunity to objectively estimate personnel labor costs with the subsequent their compensation. Thus, the payroll is accrued to the employees in strict accordance with the number of the hours worked them, and in the BioTime system there are options for accounting of defects and processings, work in obshchevykhodny and holidays.

Also idle time and the intuitive interface of a system is mentioned by the customer that is important at automatic reports generation — on network in general, to separate structural or territorial subdivision, the specific employee. 17 ready reports are included in the delivery of BioTime, but Trend Telecom Group especially was pleasant an option of drawing up own report forms using the designer and the designer of reports, specified in BioLink. Reports of BioTime are used in human resource department. If necessary it is possible to configure automatic mailing of reports on e-mail — so, for example, that every morning in a mailbox of the head of shop the report on all employees already waited for it: who arrived on time, was not for work or was late.
