ProtoCRM is implemented in Yunibank

Until the end of May, 2016 Yunibank is going to pass to the new CRM system developed by Protobase Labaratories company completely.

As noted, for the first time the company implemented an automated system of crediting based on the CRM system of Salesforce in Yunibank in 2013. From this point the bank processed about 611 thousand requests for consumer loans from which more than 50% were approved. In 2015 the credit pipeline of bank processed over 221 thousand requests.

The cloud ProtoCRM system solves many problems which the companies which have a large number of clients and/and or partners and the related tasks, including maintaining the customer base in one system, creation of funnels of sales, access to relevant and free analytics at any time face.

Thanks to modular structure a system can be customized under any existing task without participation of the developer. The user can independently set all necessary attributes of products, create new, change availability conditions, etc. "Cloud" of Protobase Labaratories is in the territory of Russia that will allow clients to fulfill the requirements of the legislation regarding safe storage and data processing.

As expected, implementation of the module Protobase Loanstation (crediting process automation) will allow Yunibank to carry out the assessment of solvency of the borrower, to build the client's profile, relying on base of own statistical data, excepting a human factor at decision-making on the credit. The automated analysis of the loan portfolio promotes formation of base of qualitative borrowers, quality improvement of the loan portfolio and decrease in credit risks of bank. At the same time time of processing of credit requests can be up to 1 minute, specified in Protobase Labaratories. The module Loanstation has a possibility of setup taking into account the client's resources that excludes need to overpay for excessive capacities. Also there is a possibility of setup of the solution using own equipment of the customer.

The quantity of our retail credits for March 1 exceeds 188 thousand".
