Larus SCM

The LARUS company is created for project implementation "A management system for supply chains of new generation of SCM Larus". It is the IT system intended for automation of trade purchasing activity of the enterprise for all chain of merchandising of products.

The cloud management system for supply chains consisting of two subsystems (Marketplaces, IAS of "InformAgro") and the module of exchange of the documents "LARUS-Finansy" will become an end product of the project. Within works on a minigrant Larus will create the alpha of a subsystem Marketplaces intended for automation of the main business processes of purchases and sales at the "vertical" and "horizontal" interoperability layer of the companies. Thanks to this service any enterprise has an opportunity within SCM "LARUS" to create the full-fledged corporate marketplaces e-distribution and e-procurement integrated into payment services.

In the SCM LARUS project at the expense of the module "LARUS-Finansy" integration with payment and banking systems and first of all with Faktura.ru payment system to which more than 300 banks are already connected is supposed. Developers call it key advantage of the project. One more important advantage is use of support system of decision-making of IAS of "InformAgro" (the system of the class SPPR/DDS). In the market in Russia and abroad there are no management systems for supply chains integrated into payment/banking systems and in decision making support systems, at the moment.

Use of SCM LARUS will allow: to the enterprises of small and medium business (SME) to facilitate access to credit resources of Faktura.ru partner banks and to simplify vendor interaction of products; to banks – to reduce risks at issuance of credits to the enterprises of SME and, as a result, to increase the loan portfolio; to product suppliers – to manage own sales channels and purchases, to reduce costs of passing of products for all chain of merchandising. Service will be available from "cloud", according to the SaaS model.

According to the first deputy chairman of SCRF Lev Hasis, for banks participation in a race for the client in digital space becomes a matter of life and death. Subject to the foregoing SCM LARUS will be capable to substitute gradually the foreign similar systems of the class SCM both in Russia, and beyond its limits".

Commercialization of the project and development of IAS of "InformAgro" are going to begin at the end of 2017. Development of the module "LARUS-Finansy" should start in the 1st quarter 2018. According to developers, interest in the project was already shown by the large Russian agrarian enterprises — such companies as "Prodimeks", "Molvest", LOGUS Group.
