2016: Technical support services of Oracle for 81.4 million rubles

On January 13, 2017 the Commission of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation considered the only application for participation in an electronic auction on the right of rendering services in technical support of the software of Oracle. Purchase was announced at the end of 2016^[1].

Technical support services of licenses of Oracle, including on the solutions Oracle Database, Oracle Partitioning, Oracle Diagnostics pack, Oracle Tuning pack and other were required for the ministry.

The only request, as well as the previous year, arrived from Organizational Technological Solutions 2000 company with which the contract was signed. The price of the contract was 81,395,975 rubles. Technical support services will be rendered until the end of 2017.

2015: Technical support services of Oracle for 81.4 million rubles

On December 28, 2015 the Unified commission of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation for implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state needs summed up the results of the "Rendering Services in Technical Support Used on the Licenses of the Software Purchased Earlier" auction^[2].

Technical support services of software solutions of Oracle were required for the customer, among them: Oracle Database, Oracle Partitioning, Oracle Diagnostics pack, Oracle Tuning pack, etc.

Before participation in an auction only one company "Organizational Technological Solutions 2000" with which the contract was signed was allowed. The price of the contract was 81,395,975 rubles that is 0.5% lower than the initial cost of the agreement.

Technical support services should be rendered until the end of 2016.

2014: Purchase of licenses and technical support services of Oracle for 109.2 million rubles

On December 15, 2014 the commission of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation summed up the auction results on purchase of licenses and services in technical support of the software of Oracle^[3].

Perpetual licenses on Oracle Database Enterprise and Standard Edition, Oracle Partitioning, Oracle Diagnostics pack, Oracle Tuning pack, Oracle Data Guard and Oracle Advanced Compression and also technical support of these and other software products of Oracle until the end of 2015 were required for the Ministry of Finance.

The starting price of the contract was 110.3 million rubles.

2 companies - "Organizational Technological Solutions 2000" (OTR) and "Vedit" participated in an auction. A victory gained OTR, having suggested to execute the contract for 109.2 million rubles.
