The KUB system is implemented in Rosinterbank

"ТрастВерс", the Russian developer of the automated management tools access and data protection, announced in the fall of 2016 implementation of the KUB IDM system in Rosinterbank infrastructure. In a project deliverable the customer had an opportunity on a centralized basis and in the automatic mode to perform a number of the processes connected with providing access rights, to reduce time for data processing and to exclude the errors connected with a human factor.

Management of cybersecurity of bank needed to provide centralized operation with processes of providing access to resources of a corporate information system. Besides, it was necessary to monitor all changes in the automatic mode.

During the project engineers of "Trastvers" installed the KUB server in Rosinterbank infrastructure; ensured it joint work with personnel system module "1C: Payroll and HR Management" 8.2, with the Active Directory and with a file server based on MS Server 2012 R2.

The KUB IDM system implemented in Rosinterbank services 1000 employees. The flexibility of the CUBE allowed specialists of bank to configure approval authority delegation on the algorithm admitted to the organizations.

The project gave the chance to significantly reduce time for processing of the requests connected with access. If before transaction (input of the employee in the IC, providing necessary access to resources according to a position, change of data and so forth) took place in two ITSM systems, then now they are performed cubed - on a centralized basis and in the automatic mode.
