At "Confectionary Factory named after N.K. Krupskaya" process automation of the cost accounting and calculation of product cost using a management system Parus is complete.

The factory makes more than 130 names of the confectionery products with a total amount about 20 thousand tons per year, and the nomenclature of the used raw materials contains about 100 units. For maintenance of competitiveness in the company pay much attention to issues of pricing and formation of an optimal product portfolio. It requires accurate and operational accounting of the spent raw materials, operation of the equipment, labor costs in terms of each goods item. According to the management, detailed accounting of resources at each production phase will allow comprehensive to analyze costs, to look for optimal ways of decrease in product cost and to increase total sales from sales of goods, revealing most and the least profitable assortment positions.

By the customer's estimates, a system processes tens of thousands of transactions during calendar month. A system is installed in production divisions, department of work, accounting, economic and technology departments. In addition to the module "Technical and economic planning. Accounting of actual costs and calculation of cost value", at the enterprise are used also the modules "Purchase Management, Warehouse, Implementation", "Financial accounting", "Management of Finance", "Accounting of personnel. Staff list", "Payroll".

The reached efficiency and transparency of formation of product cost allow to plan more precisely products price, to determine the value of expected profit, to estimate a current status of business.
