2017: Technical support services of Oracle for 17.3 million rubles

In May, 2017 the VTB bank signed the agreement with Jet Infosystems company on technical support of programs Oracle.^[1]

Maintenance services of the solutions Oracle Database and Oracle Partitioning for a period of 1 year - from June 1, 2017 to May 31, 2018 enter perimeter of the agreement.

The cost of the contract - 17.3 million rubles.

2016: Technical support services of Oracle for 19.8 million rubles

In May, 2016 the Commission on purchases of VTB bank summed up the results of purchase of technical support services of the Software Update License & Support level (standard technical support) of programs of Oracle. The starting price of the contract was 20.4 million rubles.^[2]

The customer was going to receive maintenance services of the solutions Oracle Database and Oracle Partitioning for a period of 1 year - from June 1, 2016 to May 31, 2017.

Three companies - FORS, RDTECH and Jet Infosystems took part in purchase. The minimum price (19.8 million rubles) was offered by FORS company, it also became a winner.

2015: Technical support services of Oracle for 22 million rubles

On May 18, 2015 the VTB bank summed up the results of an open quotation request on right to contract on rendering services in technical support of the Software Update License&Support level (standard technical support) of the computer programs of Oracle^[3].

Within purchase technical support services of software of Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Oracle Real Application Clusters, Oracle Partitioning, Oracle Tuning Management Pack, Oracle Diagnostic Management Pack, Oracle Internet Developer Suite, etc. were required for financial institution. The period of rendering Services - from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016. The starting price of the contract was 25.4 million rubles.

Applications for participation in a quotation request were submitted by 2 companies – RDTECH and FORS group. At the same time RDTECH suggested to satisfy the customer's conditions for 25.37 million rubles, and FORS - for 22 million rubles. Thus, the winner announced FORS company which request differed in the smallest price of the agreement.

2014: Technical support services of Oracle for 13.4 million rubles

On May 5, 2014 the VTB bank summed up the results of the dug-out quotation request on right to contract on rendering services in technical support of software of Oracle^[4].

The initial cost of the agreement was 13.5 million rubles. The customer was going to receive maintenance services of the solutions Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Real Application Clusters, Partitioning, Internet Developer Suite for this money, etc.

The application for participation in request for proposals was submitted only by FORS group company. As a result the agreement worth 13.376 million rubles was also signed with this company.
