On September 22, 2017 the commission of VTB summed up the request for proposals results on right to contract on rendering services in standard technical support of the software of Oracle.^[1]

The customer needed support of the solutions Oracle Database, WebLogic Suite, SOA Suite for Oracle Middleware, Internet Application Server, Identity and Access Management Suite and so forth.

The RDTECH company became the only procurement participant, the price of the contract was - 38.1 million rubles.

Technical support services of Oracle for 19.3 million rubles

In April, 2017 VTB signed the agreement with RDTECH company on rendering services in standard technical support of the software of Oracle.^[2]

The customer needed support of the solutions Oracle Database, Oracle Partitioning, Oracle Identity Manager and Identity Manager Connector.

The cost of the contract was - 19.3 million rubles. The period of rendering services - from April 18, 2017 to January 25, 2018.

2016: Technical support services of Oracle for 27.677 million rubles

On July 15, 2016 the Unified commission of VTB summed up the results of a Dutch auction for right to contract on rendering services in standard technical support of the software of Oracle.^[3]

The customer needed support of the solutions Oracle Database, WebLogic Suite, SOA Suite for Oracle Middleware, Internet Application Server, Identity and Access Management Suite and so forth.

Applications for participation in purchase sent to RDTECH and FORS company. The victory was won by RDTECH with the price of the contract of 27.677 million rubles.

2015: Technical support services of Oracle for 23.788 million rubles

On June 11, 2015 the VTB Bank summed up the results of an open Dutch auction for rendering services in standard technical support of the software of Oracle^[4].

To the customer services of support of software of Oracle Database (Standard and Enterprise Edition) were required, for Identity and Access Management Suite, Enterprise Single Sign-On Suite Plus, Database Vault, Audit Vault Server, SOA Suite for Oracle Middleware, WebLogic Suite, etc. The starting price of the agreement was 24.274 million rubles.

The companies "RDTECH" and "Jet Infosystems" took part in the redukiyena. The victory was won by the request of RDTECH company from which the offer with the smallest price – 23.788 million rubles arrived.

2014

Technical support services of Oracle for 27.860 million rubles

On December 26, 2014 the VTB bank summed up the results of a Dutch auction for rendering services in standard technical support of the software of Oracle^[5].

Purchase was divided into 2 lots. Within the first maintenance services of the solutions Oracle AutoVue Office, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Oracle Database, Oracle Internet Application Server were required for the customer, etc. On the second lot the credit institution was going to sign the service agreement of support of the products Hyperion Financial Management Plus, Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management and Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management Adapter for Financial Management. The cost of the first lot was 28 million rubles, the second 12.5 million rubles.

On the first lot only one application from RDTECH company was submitted. Redukion was recognized unaccomplished, the agreement was signed with the only participant at the price of 27.860 million rubles.

On the second lot of requests did not arrive, the Dutch auction was recognized cancelled.

Technical support services of Oracle for 27.4 million rubles

On October 17, 2014 the VTB Bank summed up the results of a Dutch auction for right to contract about rendering services in standard technical support of the software of Oracle^[6].

The customer needed support of the solutions Oracle Database, Internet Application Server Standard Edition, Identity and Access Management Suite, Oracle Universal Content Management, SOA Suite for Oracle Middleware, WebLogic Suite, etc. The starting (maximum) price of the agreement was 30.6 million rubles.

The companies participated in a Dutch auction RDTECH and Jet Infosystems. The smallest price (27.4 million rubles) was offered by RDTECH company, it also was announced by the winner.
