NCC selects K-Point for control automation by efficiency of employees

The Russian division of the international construction concern NCC selected the solution of CORUS Consulting group — a software platform of K-Point for process automation of performance management of employees.

"K-Point allowed us to receive the convenient tool for the exact and effective analysis of the collected data, thereby having saved our HR specialists from routine work on this direction. A system allows employees to monitor process of achievement of KPI, and automatic formation of the reporting allows to trace a current status of process on all departments and the staff of the organization. As a result we minimized labor costs on process of updating of similar information. In holding the system of key performance indicators contributing to professional development of personnel due to creation of development plans for each employee and accurate accomplishment of these plans is of great importance. At the same time the service of work with personnel needed to collect and support quickly in current status and a uniform type information on plans for accomplishment of tasks of employees, to quickly approve development plans for employees, to consolidate information on the levels of development of competences and also to give to employees a feedback.

As the tool for the solution of these tasks the specialized solution of Corus Consulting was selected. The performance management system of employees implemented on the K-Point platform as much as possible corresponds to the regulations admitted to NCC: from information entry forms before approval process. Process of approval, thanks to customizability, can be built according to an organization structure and also on any other chain of approval. Setting and approval of the purposes is performed taking into account the role played by the employee and taking into account division in which he works.

K-Point allows to store on a centralized basis development plans on each employee and all history of their approval, to consider specifics of planning depending on a role and division of the employee, to receive reports both for control of all process, and for the analysis of the levels of development of competences.
