On December 18, 2015 the Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Kemerovo region considered the only application for participation in an electronic auction on delivery of licenses to use of software updates of Oracle and direct technical support[1].
Within purchase the rights to technical support of a licensed software of Oracle Database Enterprise Edition were required for the customer. The starting price of the agreement was 12 million rubles.
The auction participation application was submitted by one company "Softline Projects". After consideration of the request, it was recognized conforming to requirements. As a result the agreement was signed with the company. The price of the agreement did not change.
