The administration of Leninsky municipal district completely passed with MO to EDMS Case

The administration of Leninsky district of the Moscow region returned on the CASE system

At the end of 2015 in Administration of Leninsky municipal district of the Moscow region the project on transition from the workflow system used earlier on EDMS "CASE" the companies is complete EOS GROUP. Since the beginning of this year the CASE system works in the industrial mode: all divisions of administration staff are connected to it, the key documentary focused processes are automated.

Transition to EDMS "DELO" is caused by the objective reasons as the system used at that time not fully solved problems of workflow automation.

Feature of the project was the fact that the customer's specialists already dealt experience with EDMS. It was implemented in Administration in 2007 and several years was used as the tool for management of documents in structures of the device.

At the end of 2015 the new management of Administration made the decision to return to EDMS "DELO", having updated it to the current version. The customer's specialists, having analyzed requirements of Administration for automation of business processes, came to a conclusion that technological capabilities of the latests version of the CASE system and its functionality are sufficient for the solution of the current tasks. Flexibility, scalability, compliance to the classical scheme of document flow admitted to Administrations – all this defined the choice for benefit of EDMS "DELO". Also was considered the fact that a large number of municipal entities of the Moscow region (Administrations of the city district of Domodedovo, Podolsk, City administration of Troitsk, the Queen, Reutov and many others) work with the CASE system.

All project works were carried out by company "SoftExpert", "zolotym" the partner of EOS Group company. The implementation team made all necessary for painless transition to EDMS "DELO" without prejudice to quality of work of Administration. Specialists of SoftExpert company updated the version of a system, carried out restructuring of the database, trained new users and also acquainted the employees who were earlier working with the CASE system, with its new opportunities.

Thus, since January, 2016 the Administration of Leninsky municipal district completely passed MO to EDMS "DELO". Today in a system 80 specialists work, it is used in all departments of Administration. A system covers all types of managerial documents: the entering and outgoing correspondence, citizens' appeals, normative legal documents, etc. Further the customer is going to scale a system – to increase quantity of jobs and to master new functionality.
