YE International (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013)

Awara IT Solutions announced in 2014 the completion of the first part of the large-scale implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 for Yu-International JSC.

The Finnish concern YE International operates in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. UE-International JSC imports and supplies electronic components to the Russian market. Among the end users of the products are large industrial enterprises, research institutes and laboratories.

It was necessary to offer a solution that would cope with the ever-increasing amount of data, was easy to use and allowed to combine the interactions of different departments. Ultimately, it was necessary to increase the productivity of the entire enterprise. Based on discussions and analysis of system options, Microsoft Dynamics NAV was selected.

The project started more than 2 years ago and continues to develop successfully. During this time, the most interesting business and mathematical problems were solved: a single workspace was created for all employees of the customer, automatic complex pricing is carried out "on the fly," intelligent placement of goods in the cells in the warehouse was implemented, reliable analytical mechanisms for management work.

We've done a massive amount of work. Automated Item Master Data for over 2,000,000 Active Items. Significantly reduced the loading time of price lists from suppliers. Before the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, this process took up to 10 days, after the implementation - several minutes. Supply chain management has reduced logistics costs by up to 20%.
