BARS. Forestry

System "BARS. Forestry" allows to automate processes of maintaining the state forest register, administration of payments, accounting of agreements, formations of forms of statistical reporting that promotes systematic transition of the industry to rendering public services in electronic form.

A system is developed by the staff of the Novosibirsk office "BARS GROUP" on a software platform of Cube. About 50 jobs are connected to the software product, data more, than according to 5000 documents are loaded into a system.

"BARS. Forestry" allows to transfer to an electronic form of service of the industry, to provide interaction in unified information environment of the authorities and local government, forest areas and citizens owning and use the timberland. The product solves a broad spectrum of tasks – from formation of the database on all forest users of the region, to the timberland with indication of their cadastral numbers and borders before maintaining all agreement types, and transactions can be made out online.

In "BARS. Forestry" also processes of collecting of the reporting, providing statements of the state forest register, issue of permissions, monitoring of fire hazard in forests and wildfires are automated.

A system is integrated with some other information systems and services - the portal of state services, Management state automated system, a geographic information system, through SIEI interdepartmental interaction with federal information systems for check of forest users, and through the GMP RICE - check of payments of applicants is performed.

2017: Integration with the Unified State Automated Information System of accounting of wood and transactions with it

The BARS GROUP company, subsidiary company of "The national center of informatization" of Rostec Group, implemented integration of a subsystem Forestry of the GIS MAIS sales tax with the Unified State Automated Information System of accounting of wood (further - UD Unified State Automated Information System). Information which is added by users to a subsystem Forestry will automatically come to UD Unified State Automated Information System.

Informatization of forestry allows specialists is automated to manage forest resources by monitoring, registration of the current changes and also control of forest management and forestry and landscape activity", - the deputy CEO, the director of the Siberian branch "BARS GROUP" Karpunina Irina.

Integration includes embedding of web service in a subsystem, updating of reference books (Forest area, "A type of wood", etc.), synchronization of adding and changes of documents in a subsystem Forestry and the Unified State Automated Information System of UD.

Let's remind that "BARS. Forestry" allows to transfer to an electronic form of service of the industry, to provide interaction in unified information environment of the authorities and local government, forest areas and citizens owning and use the timberland. The subsystem consists of the following modules: authorizations and authentications, administrations, centralized accounting and data storage, reporting, integration.

The product solves a range of problems – from formation of the database on all forest users of the region, to the timberland with indication of their cadastral numbers and borders before maintaining all agreement types, and transactions can be made out online. Accounting system "BARS. Forestry" it was developed by request of Department of informatization and development of telecommunication technologies of the Novosibirsk region.
