The BARS. Forestry system allows you to automate the processes of maintaining the state forest register, administering payments, recording contracts, forming forms of statistical reporting, which contributes to the systematic transition of the industry to the provision of public services in electronic form.

The system was developed by employees of the Novosibirsk office of BARS Group on the Cube software platform. About 50 workplaces are connected to the software product, more than 5,000 documents are uploaded to the system.

"BARS. Forestry" allows you to translate into an electronic form of industry services, to ensure interaction in a unified information environment of authorities and local governments, forestries and citizens who have forest plots in ownership and use. The product solves a wide range of tasks - from the formation of a database for all forest users of the region, forest plots with their cadastral numbers and borders to the maintenance of all types of contracts, and transactions can be executed online.

BARS. Forestry also automates the processes of collecting reports, providing extracts from the state forest register, issuing permits, monitoring fire hazard in forests and forest fires.

The system is integrated with a number of other information systems and services - the portal of public services, state automated system "Management," the geo-information system, through the SMEV interdepartmental interaction with federal information systems is carried out to check forest users, and through the DIS GMP - verification of applicants' payments.

2017: Integration with EGAIS of wood accounting and transactions with it

BARS Group, a subsidiary of the National Center for Informatization, Rostec Group, has integrated the Forestry subsystem of GIS MAIS NSO with the Unified State Automated Information System for Wood Accounting (hereinafter referred to as EGAIS UD). Information that is added by users to the Forestry subsystem will be automatically sent to the USAIS UD.

Integration includes embedding a web service in the subsystem, updating directories ("Forestry," "Type of wood," etc.), synchronizing additions and changes to documents in the subsystem "Forestry" and EGAIS UD.
