On March 18, 2016 the IT-Grad company announced provision of services of an IaaS-cloud for network of supermarkets of "ABK".
Project Results
The customer transferred to a cloud of provider virtual servers on which ServiceDesk available from a cloud via the web interface is unrolled. The team of specialists of "ABK" processes the requests arriving from sales points, the distribution center and head office of the company.
 | We came to a conclusion that the ServiceDesk system is a non-core asset for the company and it is more reasonable to take out from the economic and technical point of view it in a cloud. Owing to the fact that to service the solution by own forces on own platform it was more expensive, than to use resources of IaaS-provider who on it is profiled transferred service to the cloud platform.
