TsV "Leaked" implemented the system of stream input of data and the documents ABBYY FlexiCapture

The Russian pharmdistribyyutor of TsV "PROCEEDED" completed at the beginning of 2016 the project on system implementation of stream input of data and the documents ABBYY FlexiCapture. Thanks to the solution, it was succeeded to reduce receptive period of a batch taking into account processing of a set of documents from 24 to 12 o'clock and less. At the same time process of comparison of data from documents on a batch and in the order is automatic in an information system.

Employees of group on work with the entering documentation of PROTEK company monthly process 20-25 thousand invoices, delivery notes, certificates, passports of goods, certificates, etc. Manual entry and consecutive comparison of all these documents took away a lot of time. On acceptance of one machine with goods and processing of all necessary data about 24 hours were required.

The system allowing to reduce time for acceptance of one machine twice and more and also to optimize business processing of documents was necessary for the company. The staff of EFSOL analyzed process of work with primary documents and offered the system of stream input of data and the documents ABBYY FlexiCapture.

Document handling thanks to ABBYY FlexiCapture is automatic, and employees work with the electronic document revision and the recognized data. The paper document revision remains at the operator and after processing of a batch is given in archive. After ABBYY FlexiCapture system implementation document handling on one machine with goods requires twice less time.
