Biography

Alexander Anatolyevich Pisarev was born on February 7, 1971 in the city of Mariupol.

In the media industry since 1991 as the parliamentary correspondent, the special correspondent in ID the Kommersant, Seven days.

From 1999 to 2006 — the editor of department of policy, the Chief Editor of Gazeta.ru.

From 2007 to 2008 — the Head of Department of Renova Media Ltd, the director of Internet directorate of ZAO Comcor TV.

From August, 2008 to 2012 the CEO of Infoks-Interaktiv LLC, the Chief Editor of online edition INFOX.RU.

The period of work of Pisarev in Infox was mentioned by a series of judicial proceedings. So, in 2009 Infox submitted a claim against NTV, having accused TV company of illegal use of intellectual property, having demanded compensation in 5 million rubles. Edition of the website accused TV men of "broadcast of unsigned someone else's content, but with a formulation "is published on the Internet", reported Pravo.ru. Besides, Pisarev also accused of a lie of Slon.ru. Article in which, in particular, it was said that Infox.ru is not possible to attract advertisers became a reason for judicial proceedings. Heads of Infox considered that this material discredits a goodwill of Infox.ru, and demanded from Slon.ru 1 million rubles as compensation. The court rejected the claim.

In 2010 the popular blogger Anton Nosik accused the Infox edition of nonprofessionalism in an interview to the edition Chastny Korrespondent. Nosik called the text "just extremely nonprofessional work with information". But the main perturbation was connected with a question of the interviewer which asked: "Why Infox so frankly told lies?". In reply to Infox addressed with the claim for protection of a goodwill and collecting from Chastny Korrespondent of 1 million rubles. But the court did not find any discrediting statements in this question of the journalist: according to rules of Russian, the question the statement of the fact is not, and refused the claim.

Then scandal arose in the Infox group: in October, 2010 former employees called the history Infox "history of a big lie" and said that since May, 2010 they ceased to receive the salary and social payments because of problems with investors. In LiveJournal they opened the blog — now it is unavailable — where told the story Infoxgate.

In the fall of 2015 Pisarev is appointed the Chief Editor of the municipal edition of Innopolis - High tech (Hightech.fm) and also the director of ANO Innopolis Media who possesses the edition.

In the spring of 2018 of media of Innopolis — High tech temporarily stopped the work. The Chief Editor Alexander Pisarev together with the command left the edition because of "disagreements of the founder and editor-in-chief of the project".

"The reason of my leaving actually such, as stated in official release of the founder — we dispersed in vision of the further strategy of development for the project. I considered that "High tech' should move forward that the last 10 months it stagnates that we can achieve much more bigger, than the current results. The second party thought differently. When after two months of intense discussion of future project it became clear that dialog came to a standstill, I wrote the withdrawal letter … In parts of my negotiations with investors of the project I neither now, nor will not press further.
