The URALSIB bank started in the spring of 2016 the pilot version of an online chat of LiveTex for a customer support. The chat is posted in the section "To private clients — Term deposits" on the official site and also on the website of Internet bank. In the nearest future service will begin to work in the section "To private clients — Credit cards".
The online chat is started based on contact center of URALSIB Bank within implementation of omnichannel maintenance strategy of clients which provides the continuity of customer interaction in different online and offline channels.
