Project Tasks
In June, 2015 the company management made the decision on workflow automation. Existence of an opportunity for work with tasks and documents was the main functional requirement of future EDMS; besides, existence of functionality of reminders on tasks and documents in the automatic mode in a binding to the calendar was the important requirement.
Project Steps
The meeting of company management with representatives Haulmont took place in Moscow the beginning of July, 2015. As requirements of the company to a system are standard, and are easily satisfied with a basic packet of functionality of EDMS, based on negotiations was decided to stop the choice on Basic edition of a system.
System implementation was carried out in October, 2015 by the Customer's forces. Since October 28 EDMS THESIS was successfully put into commercial operation.
Project Results
The workflow system THESIS simplified work with tasks, documents and promoted increase in productivity of employees in Promo-Consulting Group which is successfully working at the market of end-to-end systems of fire safety.
