Biometric time recording of BioLink BioTime it is implemented in network of Tokyo restaurants

The BioLink Solutions company announced in March, 2016 implementation of a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime in network of Tokyo restaurants (Vladivostok). This system covered more than 450 employees, and its application will promote further strengthening of labor discipline and quality improvement of service at restaurants of network which enjoys deserved popularity at inhabitants and guests of the capital of Primorye.

Staff of network notes the beginning of the working day and its end, concerning the optical fingerprint scanner structure of biometric terminals of a time recording of BioLink FingerPass of TM. The image of a print is at once transformed to digital model; inverse transformation of model in the image is impracticable.

The biometric system of accounting of working time is convenient both for personnel, and for administration. Employees do not need to remember PIN codes or to rummage in pockets and purses in search of the card to note the arrival for work and leaving from it. In turn, heads of restaurants, specialists of HR department, accounting receive really authentic data on how the personnel use working time: the fingerprint cannot be lost or transferred to the colleague that it was noted for itself(himself) and others.

Other important advantage of the BioTime system — its capability to cover the points which are territorially deleted from each other (in this case — restaurants) and to support a time recording of any number of employees. In Tokyo BioTime network services more than 450 people.

On each of them, on specific restaurant or division it is possible to construct 17 ready reports. In the version of BioTime which is applied in network there is an option of creation of own report forms and mailing of reports on e-mail: it is possible to configure, for example, BioTime so that every morning in mail boxes of top managers, directors of restaurants, HR managers automatically arrived reports on the one who arrived on time today for work who was late or is absent.

Reports form automatically — on the basis of information on how employees perform working schedules. At the disposal of customers of a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime — four "designers" of different types of diagrams: fixed, free, replaceable, calendar. Management of wage rates, calculation of compensation in night and overtime, obshchevykhodny and holidays is supported that is especially relevant for the power supply industry.
