Globus-Telecom (subsidiary company PJSC Rostelecom) provided to the Saratov settlement center "Kirovski" the automated service of data collection and processing of metering devices of utilities.

According to the agreement the company provided acceptance and processing of indications of individual metering devices of electricity consumption, a hot and cold water using the permit system of automation of telephone service (SATS) of own development.

A system allows to receive automatically phone calls of subscribers, to support with them dialog and to provide to consumers information by means of voice service (without participation of the operator). Phone calls will arrive on special number of representative office of Globus-Telecom] Ltd in Saratov.

The speech recognition software helps to identify the subscriber on the personal account. The meter readings accepted from subscribers of settlement center are processed by a system on a special algorithm and remain in the database. Besides, SATO is saved by record of dialog with the subscriber on the server that allows to listen to it and to make corrections in the manual mode if the case of incorrect recognition of voice information is revealed.

The possibility of adaptation of functionality of a system under customer needs is provided. For example: sending the SMS with receipt acknowledgment of indications, a payment receipt or existence of debt for services, acceptance of payment on "short" number through the SMS, providing to the client information on rates for services, the addresses of points of payment and the diagram of their work, phone numbers of abnormal services.

In general the customer will receive several advantages: the round-the-clock availability of service, high service rate of subscribers, minimizing of errors due to elimination of a human factor, multichannel processing of addresses. It is not the first project of the company implemented in Saratov. In 2014 "the Globus-Telecom]" implemented an automated system of speech collection of information of power meters at the Saratov enterprise of the city electric networks.
