Axelot by means of the 1C: Trade Management software product automated processes of operational accounting in the Kazakhstan and Georgian representative offices of Bosch, the leading world supplier of technologies and services.

The Robert Bosch company has a difficult hierarchical structure with branches in a set of the cities of the world. Due to the need of the process automation of operational accounting in the Kazakhstan and Georgian divisions caused by opening of new warehouses and change of basic processes of delivery and shipment of goods in these branches, the management of the Moscow representative office managing processes in Kazakhstan and Georgia made the decision on need of implementation of the 1C: Trade Management software product.

The AXELOT company having extensive experience in the field of automation of activity of the enterprises and earlier implementing the 1C: Accounting 8 CORP software product for the Russian representative office of Bosch became the contractor of the project.

In addition to start of a management system for sales in Kazakhstan and Georgia, integration of the software product with the WMS systems of 3PL-providers, with the customs broker, a head corporate information system and also the systems of accounting in Kazakhstan and Georgia was planned and implemented. The company performance of Bosch is distinguished in general by high extent of automation – business processes continuously pass through several systems by means of operational integration schemes.

As branches of the company in Georgia and Kazakhstan are under control of representation in Moscow, the solution architecture with uniform base of operational accounting was selected. The base is located on the server in Moscow, users of branches are connected to it on RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol is the remote desktop protocol). Integration with the systems of partners was implemented on a centralized basis through file servers in Moscow and Germany.

Thanks to product introduction "1C: Trade Management" in branches of the company the opportunity for work of divisions with operators 3PL is provided. Sales processes, partially planning and purchases are automated. A system provides the high speed and fault tolerance at information transfer between systems. There is a possibility of obtaining the relevant reporting under different aspects of the automated processes. The operational system of notifications for involvement of responsible persons in adjustment and execution of processes is implemented. The main business processes of divisions of the company are optimized.
