The Digital Design company in March, 2016 won the tender for implementation of technical support of an electronic document management system based on the Docsvision 4.5 platform of the Russian production installed in department of municipal property of Administration of the city settlement Polar Murmansk region. The start of works is planned for the beginning of April.
Works on technical support of EDMS will include a warranty software maintenance within the next year, including consultation on installation and activation of software, providing information on functions, new versions and corrections of a product and also license policy of the owner.
Specialists Digital Design calculate that they will also manage to implement integration of the system installed to the customer with EDMS of the Government of Murmansk region, and maintenance of a product will allow to make work of users faster, convenient and effective.
