Algorithms of detection of defects are improved: reliability of recognition is increased, the number of false alarms on notches of mesh screens is reduced.
The new solution of Phiplastic Center is added:
- Binding of results of control to a barcode or other unique identifier of a product
- The centralized storage of complete results of control in the database
- Audit of actions of workers
- Two-step iterations control repair on each product
- The special interface for the controller and the repairman facilitating loading and unloading of data from base
- Integration with any control system of Phiplastic, including free Pictor
The browser of defects allows not only to browse defects, but also to classify them by importance degree. Defects are not removed irrevocably now, and are marked as insignificant, or corrected. Filtering of defects is configured by the user. Repeated editing a session does not lead to degradation of quality of images.
The new Tag tool in the browser of defects allows to pass from defect on the image to defect in a tree. Also it allows to add and delete tags manually.
Windows of all our programs are connected and are scrolled synchronously. It allows to browse the same fragment of the image in different programs, just switching between them. Earlier such opportunity was available only in certain cases.
At consecutive viewing the next defect is always located in the center of a window even if it is on the edge of the image. It considerably reduces the visual tension of the operator.
When comparing with a color standard in the Iron program the user gets to the browser of defects at once, passing the Gemini program. The new option quicker and more simply, old - is saved for control of soldering paste.
The Iron program allows to open JPEG files in shades of gray and BMP files with depth of color less than 24 bits now. It increases convenience of work with x-rays.
In a subsystem of vectorization rounding of coordinates to a grid is improved. Now on rough grids the contact pad and the conductor are strictly connected with each other.
Transition to new technologies of the user interface and internal architecture of programs is begun. The browser of defects - the first program on the new platform. To the user the improved ergonomics and design are noticeable. The first step towards architecture of x64 which in future versions will allow to use more effectively RAM is taken, will lower load of a disk and finally considerably will accelerate work.
The new installer for all users of the computer is made. Examples of images are taken out in the general documents. Personal settings for each user are saved. The full-fledged work of the main programs without the administrator's rights is still supported.
The compatibility with Windows 10 is improved.
