Kazakhstan cartridge plant (Race car: Orion (the integrated system of protection))

On March 31, 2016 the ISB-Engineering company announced delivery and design of the integrated security system by request of the cartridge plant in Kazakhstan. As a technology platform it is used by software Orion of the Race car brand.

Project Tasks

Create a uniform complex with the centralized monitoring and management - this task the customer set for ISB-Engineering at design of security systems of the cartridge plant. For its solution the Orion ISP (The Integrated System of Protection) from Bolid company is used.

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor executed design of security systems with logical division into two interconnected groups: "Fire safety" (includes automatic signaling and the notification about the fire) and Protection (integrates the ACS, a security alarm, protection of perimeter and video surveillance). In the project the system of the centralized data collection and processing is put.

Multibrand structure of subsystems of the SB complex - one of features of the project. Along with devices and software from Bolid company, design of security systems was executed using radio wave sensors of NPO Okhrannaya tekhnika and IR sensors of the Japanese company Optex for protection of perimeter. The system of IP video surveillance in this project is under construction based on the SecurOS platform and the equipment of the Smartec brand. Use of the executive equipment of the Smartec brand is also provided in the project of a control system of access.

The end-to-end system is logically separated into two sectors: "Fire safety" and Protection. They are created as threat, have separate command centers. Design of security systems is complete in March, 2016. The project received the positive decision of Gosekspertiza.

Project Results

On the central post of observation all information on an object on all systems, including video images from cameras by a total quantity ~ 150 pieces with an output to the videowall from eight monitors is displayed. The Automated Workplace (AW) on the basis of the PC with the preset software Orion - for monitoring, diagnostics and programming of complex SB is organized. Design of security systems is executed taking into account duplication of security systems by installation on the central post of the Race car panel of C2000M for management of all functions of the integrated system.
