E-com OpenCertificate

OpenCertificate is an online service of certificates.

In service are implemented:

• Document storage
  • Control and access isolation on the organizations, outlets, support of a role model
  • storage of all types of allowing documents Is provided
    • Certificates and conformance statements TR and GOST P
    • Certificate of state registration veterinary certificates, etc.

  • Data storage of certificates, binding to goods, retail chain stores
  • Storage of the scanned images of certificates

• Check and updating of data on federal registers
  • Loading of reliable data of the certificate from federal registers
  • Authentication of the data provided by the supplier
  • Control of relevance of certificates

• Search and printing
  • Search in document attributes, characteristics of goods and other parameters
  • Printing of one copy or all selection of certificates

2016: Support of the GOST P electronic service

On April 1, 2016 the E-com Rus company announced support in the OpenCertificate system of electronic service for registration of declarations GOST P (The declaration of conformity of products). Service began to work in the middle of March, 2016 and by April of OpenCertificate configured under synchronization opportunities.

Clients of E-COM can exchange data on certification and the declaration of goods in delivery/shipment using service and in passing to obtain information on relevance of these documents. Rasheed Mukharlyamov, the manager of projects of electronic document management in E-COM

The representative of legal entity or SP (individual entrepreneur) can use service thanks to what each its user has an opportunity to confirm compliance of security of products and its quality on the requirements set by the legislation. The declaration at the same time has the same legal force, as well as the certificate of conformity.

To execute electronic registration of the declaration the qualified electronic signature and registration in the Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system) will be required. The Unified identification and authentication system is a system through which access to all federal services and registers is made out.

For March 31, 2016 OpenCertificate allows to recognize seven types of allowing documents:

• Certificate of conformity of TR CU
• Conformance statement TR CU
• Certificate of conformity of TR Russian Federation
• Conformance statement TR Russian Federation
• Certificate of GOST P
• Declaration GOST P
• Certificate on the state registration
