"MPRK "GRAS" became interested in a possibility of workflow automation at the beginning of October, 2015. The company the workflow system providing in addition to standard functionality of work with documents, tasks and office, possibilities of flexible configuration of routes of work with documents interested.
Project Steps
The choice of the company fell on Standard edition of the THESIS system which packet of functions the designer of business processes allowing to create non-standard routes of work with documents - for example enters change approving depending on certain conditions. In the middle of October the Customer's IT specialists conducted installation and test operation of a system independently.
Project Results
Testing came to the end quickly and with positive result. On October 27, 2015 the Customer already signed the agreement on acquisition of Standard edition of a system and brought EDMS into commercial operation.
