Gendalf: Calculation of number of documents

The product "Calculation of Number of Documents" is intended for formation of statistics on the number of documents in 1C:Enterprise 8 base by document types and the periods. This information helps to reveal what of departments or managers generate more (or less) all of documents and also can be useful to decision making, for example, on the following questions:

choice of the suitable solution for automation and creation of electronic archive of documents; expediency of transition to electronic document management (e-document flow) and optimal rate; assessment of load and efficiency of managers. The product works with standard configurations:

Features and program capabilities:

• Calculation of number of documents for the selected period, by: document types, calendar periods (year/quarter/month), responsible managers, organizations.
• On the basis of the average number of the documents which are present at base, processing specifies, including, the recommended version of the Scan Archive software product.
• Assessment of quantity of packets of 1C-EDO service and cost of service, on the basis of the documents of the corresponding types processed in base given about quantity.

As a result the client receives cost estimation on 1C-EDO service depending on the selected rate of ITS.

The configuration is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user. The product is executed in the form of external processing and does not require making changes in a configuration of base.
