When in November, 2015 Stroydepo Ltd, one of retail operators in goods segment for construction and repair addressed to Technologies of the Future company.
The first supply of equipment and the software was performed in December, 2015 – the management system for queue of NeuroniQ equipped a warehouse at the central office "Stroydepo".
The second queue within opening of the Lipetsk office "Stroydepo" was implemented already with the program completions concerning process of goods receipt in a warehouse. Number of the coupon of the client of an electronic queue "is tied" to the order of the buyer in 1C. Actually the identifier for the client is the order number in 1C, and the place in queue – an order status. From 1C of a command are transferred to the queue server, i.e. queue management is exercised from the customer's software, taking into account that level of business process automation which given software supports. The task – to exempt the operator from need to work with the interface of an electronic queue was at the same time solved not to spend time for excess actions in the parallel program. Primary call of the client on service makes the server of queue automatically if the operator is free, and all subsequent actions are made in 1C.
During implementation of the project joint efforts with specialists of the customer developed a technique of integration of software of an electronic queue and 1C, the line of consultations is provided to programmers of the customer for the solution of applied questions. Thanks to implementation in two stages: supply of equipment and software updating, - implementation was succeeded to carry out to short terms. The installed system not only meets functional requirements, but also solves a problem of scaling on 10+ of warehouses. Besides, the integration module allowing to replicate this solution is created, offering it to the companies with similar specifics of production or warehouse business processes.
